General:
Staff have the final say on all interpretations of the rules
Do not be disrespectful in any way, this includes racism, bigotry, hate speech, etc
Do not minge, harass or target people in any way
Use of cheats, scripts and exploits is not allowed
Do not make any DDOS/DOX threats
Do not do anything that could crash or cause the server to lag
Do not trade Ingame items or money for real life items, this includes donator options
Do not advertise anything that is not related to RP
Do not post any kind of malicious links
Do not impersonate other players or staff
Do not interrupt staff while they are dealing with a sit
Please only use english letters in your username
Do not prop minge
Do not ear-rape, or micspam
RDM and RDA are NOT allowed
Crossfire/Misclick will be counted as RDM, unless the afflicted user declines to have you punished
Do not metagame
This does not apply to sound cues, such as sizzling meth, or the sounds of other illegals being made
Do not FailRP
SeriousRP and FearRP are not in effect
Committing suicide is FailRP if done to get out of specific RP situations
Doing anything outside of RP to the user who carjacked you is FailRP
Killing a player who has mugged/kidnapped you after paying the ransom is considered RDM
/demoting a user from their job while staff is online is not allowed
Do not stack your adverts, they all have to be separate IE: Mug/Raid/Warn
If someone is following you around and bothering you, you must /advert warn 3 times before you may kill them or it will be considered RDM
Do not abuse /advert warn to kill users you do not like
All warns must be /adverted, Verbal warns will not count and will be counted as RDM
All warn adverts must 5 seconds apart
Do not spam adverts
Baiting other players is not allowed
The terrorist beeping the C4 is NOT considered baiting
You may not bait to kill players (such as shooting at someone's feet or luring someone into your base/past a KOS sign just to kill them)
Asking players to raid you is not baiting
You do not have to /advert to steal from an open base
Government may not steal at all
Do not put invisible materials on your car
Do not make your car no-collided with props
Do not make your car impossible to steal in any way, this includes physgunning it into places you can’t get to
Do not AFK for longer than 20 minutes as a limited job (Examples: president, PD, Gun dealers)
Explosives of any kind may only be used when doing a raid
Purge Rules:
Do not camp the spawn tunnels
When the purge begins all the laws on the law board and otherwise stated by the president become legal
Server rules are still in place during the purge
The mayor is not allowed to participate in the purge
The mayor is not allowed to be killed during the purge
Purge bases that allow an unfair advantage during the purge are not allowed
Spawn rules:
You may not RP in spawn
You may not run into spawn to avoid RP
You may not build in spawn
NLR Rules:
The NLR timer is 3 minutes, returning to where you died, and initiating RP with your killer is considered breaking NLR
Please do not take it into your own hands if someone breaks NLR unless they attempt to kill you, you may defend yourself, otherwise call a staff member
Returning to your base when you die during a Raid/Warrant is not allowed and considered breaking NLR, please wait for the RP situation to end before you return
Government official may break NLR to return during a PDRaid/BankRaid
There is no NLR while purging or doing a gang war/Gang Territory fight
You may void NLR if you get RDMed, ask someone to kill you, or kill yourself
Party Rules:
Anyone can !party
/pa is the chat command to use party chat
Unless you are in a !party you may not base, defend, or avenge other players
Criminals may party with anyone except for government officials
Doctors, Security, and Pets may party with anyone
Gang Rules:
These are rules for the Gang command
Gangs are not parties. You may not defend or avenge your gang members outside of gang territories and gang wars
You may only kill players that are in a another gang in order to take over/defend a territory or during a gang war
You may base in your gang's territory. If your territory is lost, you must remove your props
You cannot prop-block or use a building sign in your gang's territory. If your gang base is not fully functional, it must be openly accessible
There is a maximum of 4 fading doors per-territory
You may start a gang war once every 2 hours
You may only kill members of the gang you are at war with during a gang war. This means you cannot gun down anyone that isn't in your gang
Base Rules:
There is a maximum of 4 fading doors per-base
This is not per-player
Buttons are not included to the fading door count
You cannot use loops/wrap-arounds to increase the fading doors
Mega-bases may have a maximum of 6 fading doors throughout the entire mega-base
You cannot use your physical keybind to open/close your fading door
All fading doors must have a noticeably different color or material when faded
All fading doors must be both keypad-crackable and breaching-chargeable
All fading doors must have a keypad within the visual vicinity of the fading door that cannot be hidden or hard to find
All fading doors must have room for 3 players in between each fading door
You are allowed to stack fading doors to prevent lock-picking
You cannot build outside unless you are a hobo, city worker, miner, gold digger, oil driller, fruity barista, or wine maker
You cannot build on the streets
You cannot block off public sections of the map this includes entity spawns and NPCs
You cannot have purge, black-out, crouch, or trap bases
You cannot have invisible props, keypads, buttons or cameras
You may prop-block several entries to your base as long as you have at least one entrance/exit
You may use one-way props
You may extend your base onto the sidewalk or roof
This does not mean you can KOS players for being on the sidewalk or roof, however you may KOS if they are inside your extension
You cannot alter your base or destroy your valuables while being raided
Raiders must be able to see and shoot at least 1/3 of your body at all times while you are shooting at them
You cannot blind-fire or use material-glitch on props that are able to be shot through
You must put a building sign up while you are building or else you are susceptible to being raided, kidnapped, or mugged
You cannot have any valuables in your base while a building sign is up
Your building sign must be easy to read
You may kill anyone in or attempting to enter your base uninvited without warning unless you are a vendor or hobo
Vendors must have KOS signs in order to KOS players inside of their base
Hobos cannot have KOS signs
Your KOS sign must be reasonable and easy to read
Loitering must be a minimum of 30 seconds and stated on a KOS sign
You cannot own more than one base unless you are mega-basing
In order to mega-base somewhere, you must have at least 4 players in a party, 2 different players per-building, and own a minimum of 2 buildings
You may not block other miners/winemakers from their respective areas
Raiding Rules:
Any criminal, medic or hitman may raid
You may not have your hired pet with you when you raid someone
Guards may not be hired to assist in raids
Medics must be with a person who has hired them/in a party with a criminal in order to participate in the raid
Raids must be adverted outside before raiding the target's base
The entire party must advert raid when doing a party raid
If you would like to help someone do a raid but you aren’t in a party with them you must /advert Raid assist
Do not randomly lockpick/keypad crack someones base unless you have adverted raid or you have somehow become stuck in their base
You must wait 10 minutes between raiding bases even if you fail the raid
You must wait 20 minutes to raid the same target’s base again, including the PD/Bank
Once you /advert raid you have 10 minutes to complete your raid before it fails automatically, you may not try to stall this timer in any way
Anyone inside of the raid target’s base is KOS
Breaking a players entities outside of a raid is FailRP
If a base has a building sign up they are not open to being raided
You cannot raid The Casino/Pub unless there is a pub/casino owner
Counter raiding is allowed
Any job that can raid can counter any raids. You must /advert counter-raid
Kidnapping Rules:
Any criminal can kidnap
You must /advert kidnap when trying to kidnap someone
If the player you are attempting to kidnap pulls a weapon out, you may kill them
If the player you are attempting to kidnap tries to escape before you handcuff them and at least 10 seconds have passed, you may kill them
There is a 10 minute cooldown on kidnapping, regardless of success or failure
You must wait 20 minutes to kidnap the same player again after their escape/death
You cannot kill the player you've successfully kidnapped for 5 minutes unless they've escaped or you are a cultist
You can only have someone kidnapped for a maximum of 10 minutes
You can only have 3 players kidnapped at once per-party
When kidnapping someone, you must offer them a ransom price for their freedom within the first 5 minutes of their kidnap
This does not apply if you are auctioning them or you are a cultist
The maximum ransom price is $30k
You cannot kidnap someone who is at a base that has a building sign up
You cannot counter-kidnap
Mugging Rules:
Any criminal job or hobo can mug
When mugging your target you must /advert mug
You are required to give your target 10 seconds to drop the money, if they delay any further you may KOS them, otherwise it is RDM
You may NOT KOS the target when they move during a mug
You must wait 10 minutes between mugging a different target even if you fail
You must wait 20 minutes to mug the same player again even if you fail
The maximum mugging price is $5000
You may not mug someone while they have a building sign up
Counter-Mugging is allowed
Job Specific Rules:
President:
You cannot be corrupt or do anything illegal
You may not own or use anything illegal except for weapons
You may be bribed unless the situation involves violence, such as raids, kidnaps, mugs, or hits
Do not randomly unlock all PD/Bank doors, warrant/want, or unarrest players
Do not initiate random lockdowns
Lockdowns must be ended once the issue for the lockdown is resolved
Laws must be reasonable and easy to understand
You cannot make neutral jobs, jaywalking, driving, gambling, playing music, players, races, genders, sexual orientations, or anything that characterizes a human being; illegal
You cannot legalize anything that is included in the default laws except for drugs and prostitution
You may only build inside the PD/Bank
You cannot prop-block the PD/Bank unless you are building
The maximum bail amount is $50k
The maximum firearms license fee is $50k
Govenment Officials:
Do not randomly unlock all PD/Bank doors, tase, stun/stunstick, weapon check, want/warrant, arrest/unarrest, or hand-cuff players
You must attempt an arrest before using lethal force unless the target pulls a weapon out or is attempting to inflict harm
You cannot be corrupt or do anything illegal
You may not own or use anything illegal except for weapons
You may be bribed unless the situation involves violence, such as raids, kidnaps, mugs, or hits
You may only build inside the PD/Bank if there is no president or the current president allows it
You cannot prop-block the PD/Bank unless you are building
You may not prop-block the vent in the jail cell, however you are free to do so to the vault vents
You cannot prop-block the destructible floor in the bank
You may KOS anyone past the second PD/Bank door
You may AOS anyone that is wanted/warranted
You may AOS anyone that is outside of a base during a lockdown
You may not RDM, random tase, random stun/stunstick, or abuse prisoners in any way while they are arrested
If a prisoner attempts to escape or has escaped, you may use lethal force against them to respawn them inside a cell
Vendors:
You must sell to everyone unless the player you are refusing business to has wronged you in the past
You must own a shop
You cannot scam anyone
You cannot significantly over-charge
Significant meaning over $80,000 extra per-item/shipment
You may only self-supply two weapons/entities to yourself per-life
Terrorist:
You cannot C4 in spawn
You must /advert C4 to use C4
You must detonate your C4 within 30 seconds of /adverting
There is a C4 cooldown of 20 minutes, regardless of success or failure
Miner & Winemaker:
You may build anywhere inside the forest or mines, as long as you allow all other miners and or winemakers to enter/exit as they please.
Hobo & Hobo King
You may build anywhere outside except on roads
You may prop-climb so long as it is not to get into/onto someone's base or to an admin sit
You may not charge players to pass through/access an area
Do not slap players into taking damage or out of spawn/the spawn tunnels during a purge
